1. 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee for Subscriptions
We offer a 100% money-back guarantee for subscriptions within the first 7 days of your first month’s subscription. If you are not satisfied with the educational content or signal service provided, you may request a full refund. This refund is available only for the first 7 days of your subscription, and only for the first purchase of a 30-day, 90-day or 1 year subscription, in case the 7-day trial subscription was not used. If the 7-day trial was used prior to purchasing another product, you will not be eligible for a refund on a 30-day, 90-day or 1 year subscription. No refunds will be provided after the 7-day period has passed. For a 7-day trial subscription, users cannot request a refund and agree to this policy upon signing up.
2. 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee for Other Educational Content
For all other educational content, including individual courses, eBooks, videos, images, texts or other materials purchased separately, you are eligible for a full refund within 7 days of the date of purchase if you have not watched more than the first module of the courses material and haven’t used any promotional items received within the course. After the 7-day period, no refunds will be issued for any other educational content. Due to our services and education being a digital service that can easily be copied and saved, we do not allow for refunds after students have completed more than the first module of the course. Regarding promotional items; we have costs associated with these and therefore do not allow any refunds if these promotional items have been used. Once a valid refund request is submitted, the refund process will take no more than 30 days. All refunds will be returned to the original payment card.
3. Refund Eligibility
To be eligible for a refund:
For subscriptions: You must request the refund within 7 days of the first payment of your subscription.
For other educational content: You must request the refund within 7 days of purchasing the content and have not watched more than the first module of the course material.
Refunds apply only within the stated timeframes: 7 days for subscriptions and 7 days for other educational content.
You must contact our support team: support@peaktradersgroup.com within the specified period to initiate the refund process.
4. Non-Refundable Products/Services
After the 7-day period, we are unable to offer any refunds, as our educational content and digital materials are delivered instantly upon purchase.
5. No Financial Gain Guarantee
Please note that Peak Traders Group's products are educational in nature. We do not guarantee any financial returns, profits, or success from using our educational materials. Trading carries inherent risks, and the information provided should be used as a resource to improve your knowledge, not as a guarantee of financial success.
6. Process for Refund Requests
To initiate a refund, please email our support team at support@peaktradersgroup.com with your subscription or product details. Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
7. Abuse of Refund Policy
If we suspect any abuse of this refund policy, such as repeated refund requests or misuse of the policy, we reserve the right to deny future refund requests.
8. Loss of Access Upon Refund
By requesting a refund and being eligible for it, you acknowledge and consent that all access to Peak Traders Group's website, its signal services, courses, and corresponding services will be revoked immediately upon the refund being processed. This includes, but is not limited to, access to any online content, subscription services, educational materials, and any other tools provided as part of your purchase.
